Mary Norris—Board Member
Mary is a member and the Tribal Chairwoman of the Cahto Tribe of the Laytonville Rancheria. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Priscilla Hunter—Board Chairwoman
Priscilla is a member of the Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council, where she serves as Chairwoman.
Suzanne Romero—Board Member
Suzanne is a member of the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians, and is on the Hopland Tribal Council. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Mariah Rosales—Board Vice Chairwoman
Mariah is a member of the Potter Valley Tribe. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council, where she serves as Vice Chairwoman.
Debra Ramirez—Board Member
Debra is a member and Tribal Chairwoman of the Redwood Valley Band of Pomo Indians. She represents her Tribe as board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Jaime Boggs—Board Member
Jaime is a member of the Robinson Rancheria of Pomo Indians, and is on the Robinson Rancheria Council. He represents his Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Michelle Downey—Board Member
Michelle is a member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes, and is on the Round Valley Tribal Council. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Crista Ray—Board Member
Crista is a member of the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians, and is on the Scotts Valley Tribal Council. She represents her Tribe as a board member of the Sinkyone Council.
Buffie Schmidt—Board Treasurer
Buffie is a member and Tribal Vice Chairwoman of the Sherwood Valley Rancheria of Pomo Indians. She represents her Tribe as a board member of Sinkyone Council, and is its Treasurer.
Martha Knight—Board Secretary
Martha is Pomo and became a member of the Sinkyone Council shortly after the Council was established in the mid-1980s. She is the Sinkyone Council’s Board Secretary.
Nóó-nih (black bear) Sinkyone Resident
This Nóó-nih youngster is an active member of the Sinkyone natural world and sacred ecosystems. Nóó-nih and many others are special relatives, protected through our ongoing work.
